Thanks for stopping, viewing and commenting. It was definitely a bummer but fortunately I had 90%+ of the material backed up; much of it has been re-spun unto the new blog (also self-hosted).
The most annoying part is the link trail I had left behind and the fact that it still lists on Google for certain keyword phrases.

What a bummer! Did you get your content back? I prefer to host my own WordPress blog for that reason.
